OK, that maybe was a little strongly worded…let’s just say Kx would not function without the tireless contributions of these fine people. See below for more about the team.
Founder & Chief Xperience Officer (CXO)
IndianaJon (Jon Elinsky) ~ He/Him
Jon Elinsky, better known to gamers as IndianaJon, brings more than 40 years of experience as a player, GM, teacher, and champion of immersive play. As the founder of KaliberXperiences, his vision drives the company toward constant innovation in gaming and entertainment.
Jon thrives in event planning and production, with experience at conventions such as EGGcon, GaryCon, Philadelphia Area Gaming Expo, PAX Unplugged, MEPAcon, and GenCon. Known as a Neutral Good Paladin, he guides adventurers with humor, creativity, and “rapierlike wit,” Jon is always ready to take Legendary Actions.

Beyond the table, Jon is a BattleTech Agent on the Catalyst Labs Demo Team and regularly facilitates BattleTech Missions. He is also a horror fan who enjoys driving characters to the edge of madness in Call of Cthulhu. Most of his gaming career, however, has been with Dungeons & Dragons in every edition from 1E through the newest 2024 release. Whether running a printed module or crafting a unique campaign, he brings decades of expertise to every session.
Jon also creates custom Xperiences that combine tabletop play with real-world activities such as escape rooms, axe throwing, or scavenger hunts. He can even design high-end events that bring community players together with industry legends.
Lady of Logistics (COO)
Skye Elinsky ~ She/Her
Skye has been an inspirational member of the KaliberXperiences team since the beginning. Her performing arts background lends all manner of skills to the Xecution aspect of our events. With a myriad of responsibilities across our deliveries, media, scheduling, communications, organization, collaborations, and more, Skye is an invaluable voice at the table for all our activities. Skye keeps all the Kxers on track.

Jason Pennet ~ He/Him
Codename: Slycanthrope ~ aka: The Man in the Van
Jason is our energizer bunny, normally working on a half dozen or more projects concurrently. Part writer – part tech wizard – part voice of reason, Jason powers many of the mechanics that makes our Xperiences Kaliber. Man of many talents, wisdom, and care, Jason constantly makes amazing things happen around the Kx Think Tank, while keeping our feet safely and firmly planted on the ground.
GM Guildmaster
Robyn Hemlocke ~ He/She | Him/Her
Robyn brings extensive gaming, convention, and event management powers to the KaliberXperiences team. Being our resident systems-junky, he’s generally our go-to resource for “What game is this?” Robyn is also our point person for our GM community, in charge of onboarding, vetting, and managing relationships with the GMs that we work with.
Additionally, Robyn is a writer, designer, and demo GM for Draw Steel.
Agent of Discord
Dakota “Gnome” Pond ~ He/Him
Lord Gnome is the Overlord of Discord – the Kx Discord, that is. He also captains our streaming department and is responsible for whatever we do wrong while live-streaming… just kidding – he’s also responsible for what we get right 😉
Gnome’s fingers are behind many of our online presence channels and we would be simply wandering blindly across the wind-swept plane of chaos that is The Internet without his navigational assistance.
